Order processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can track your order any time via the tracking link in that email.
Shipping times & cost
Shipping is free worldwide. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If your dog doesn’t settle with their Toque & Pooch product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no hassle. Items can be gently used; we understand you need to see whether your dog takes to it.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@toqueandpooch.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it. Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. At our discretion, we may simply refund you without requiring the item back.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@toqueandpooch.com with a photo within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
